Job Description


  • Work on Marketplace Tool to process orders with Sales team.
  • Assist partners in their orders.
  • Update price lists and catalogue on the tool.
  • Share reports with the sales team or according to requests.
  • Work closely with Finance in closing monthly sales numbers.
  • Keep track of renewals and ensure that all sales team are aware of the upcoming renewals.
  • Go to person for tool escalations and tracking with support team.
  • Update all onboarding documents for partners and uploading them on the tool.
  • Contact all partners to verify their information.
  • Archive all contracts and list them in a file with their expiration dates.
  • Keep track of all NDAs/Work Orders for customers or partners.
  • Ensure that all paid invoices are updated accordingly on the tool.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • University degree with 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar field.  
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Need to be skilled in excel and functions and is good with numbers.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Skilled in communicating with team members and partners.
