KlayyTech is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Development Manager – ISV Recruit to join our team and help us identify, qualify, onboard, and enable the most exciting and impactful software and SaaS companies to our platforms.


As an ISV/Startups Recruit Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging with the founders and CxOs of the most exciting SaaS and software companies, from startups to scaleups to mature     companies.
  • Developing meaningful business partnerships, including go-to-market and sales expansion strategies.
  • Acting as a thought leader and actively engaging in the local ISV and startup ecosystems, as well as external events.
  • Collaborating with GTM and marketing teams to plan and execute joint marketing activities with ISVs/Startups.
  • Communicating ISVs/Startups solutions to sales and channel teams as applicable.
  • Managing ISVs/Startups opportunities from lead creation through delivery.
  • Coordinating with technical and sales operations teams on agreements, pricing, quoting, and order management.
  • Working with ISVs/Startups on end-user account targeting and opportunity management.
  • Providing a monthly forecast of ISVs/Startups partner business.
  • Achieving revenue targets.


To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a previous sales/channel role within the cloud or software industries, with a preference for experience in the startups ecosystem.
  • A solid track record of sales, partner relationship building, and customer service.
  • Experience in growing sales and market share through the indirect channel.
  • Knowledge of cloud fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical thinking capability with the ability to leverage data-driven arguments to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize as workload changes.
