Job Description

As a Recruit Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new cloud partners in the Egypt market. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute partner recruitment strategies that drive growth and expand our partner network.



  • Identify and recruit new     cloud partners in Egypt to expand our partner network.
  • Develop and execute     partner recruitment strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing     teams.
  • Build relationships with     potential partners to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Conduct partner     assessments to evaluate their capabilities, resources, and commitment to     the partnership.
  • Onboard new partners and     provide training and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with     internal teams to create joint marketing and sales initiatives with     partners.
  • Monitor and analyze     partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary     point of contact for partners and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with     partner agreements and manage partner renewals.


  • Bachelor's degree in     business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience     in partner recruitment, management, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the     cloud industry and ecosystem.
  • Experience working with     technology companies, service providers, or system integrators.
  • Excellent communication     and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work     independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of     achieving partner recruitment and revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English and     Arabic.
